Description |
Fuerteventura which means "windy Isle" is the closest Island to Africa and benefits from year round sunshine.
You will find everything on the Island from some of the best surfing beaches in the world to dead volcanic mountains.Ideal if you like to windsurf,kitesurf,fish or just catch the rays. There are lots of routes through the mountains to rural villages if you are an avid explorer.
A beautiful area with golden sandy beaches and clear blue seas. A 2 minute car journey will take you to Flag beach where they have a surf centre or 15 minutes away is El Cortilo beach which has some awesome waves.
The centre of the village is a twenty minute walk from the house, here you will find lots of restaurants, shops(duty free) and bars and three small beaches. You can take the ferry from the harbour to go to Lanzarote for the day. If you want fun BAKU water park is a 10 minute walk, there is also a great market at Baku water park on a Monday and Friday. Another great activity is a quad safari or why not book kite surfing lessons at Flag Beach. |
