Step down to the 1st level, and you will discover the master bedroom with 1-king bed and sliding doors to an outdoor patio, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed, a third bedroom with 1-queen bed, and 1-full bath with a steam shower.

Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $330.40(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00.
Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $385.65(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
