This deluxe 2-story 4-bedroom high bank riverside home offers lots of extras!

Outside you'll find a nice deck with a gas grill and a private hot tub. Inside on the 1st floor, you'll find one bedroom with 1-full bed, a 3/4-bath with a 4-person sauna, an open living/dining area with a window seat that provides a great lounging place for early morning coffee with river and mountain views, plus a freestanding woodstove (firewood provided), and a fully equipped kitchen.

The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 1-queen bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen bed, and the master bedroom with 1-queen bed and a walk-out balcony, plus 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. In addition, a private entrance leads to a mother-in-law suite with a futon and its own private 3/4-bath.

This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 8 to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: This high bank riverfront location may not be suitable for small children.

Regular rates are $297.25(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.00. We offer a weekly special during regular rates time of; pay for 6 nights stay for 7.

Soft Holidays Rates: $330.40(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.00
Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $396.70(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.00.
Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $518.25(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $75.00.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
