The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a hide-a-bed and a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), a fully equipped kitchen with a stack washer/dryer, and a 3/4-bath. The 2nd floor is a large loft bedroom with one queen size bed.

This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 2 to 4-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

• Regular rates are $164.65(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $30.00. We offer a weekly special during regular rates time of; pay for 6 nights stay for 7. Soft Holidays Rates: $197.80(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $30.00 Dec. 15th through Dec. 25th: $197.80(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $30.00. Dec. 26th through Jan. 4th: $230.95(taxes included) per night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $30.00. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. PAYMENTS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express as forms of payment. Sorry, NO personal checks.
